6 course table d’hôte £50 per person (£10pp deposit upon booking required)

Selection of homemade bread with whipped Irish butter (V)

 

Soup

Roasted cauliflower soup, woodland mushrooms, tarragon cream and pine nuts (V/GF)

Starter

Crab cakes with roasted corn and black bean salsa and avocado yogurt dressing

Potted Duck with pine nuts and soft herbs, toasted brioche and beetroot chutney*

Char-grilled Asparagus with soft poached hen’s egg and hollandaise sauce (V/GF)

Mains

Seared venison steak with hotpot potato, curly kale, maple glazed beetroot and bitter chocolate jus (GF)

Roasted Halibut with leek fondue, braised fennel, baby potatoes, langoustine bisque and mussels (GF)

Wild mushroom tartlet with roast garlic cream, truffle oil and rocket (V)

Desserts

Blood orange and amaretto tiramisu with sugared redcurrants

Chocolate banoffee cheesecake with vanilla cream and toasted almonds*

Rhubarb and pear crumble tart with elderflower and cardamom ice cream
