Billecart-Salmon Le Réserve (formerly Brut Réserve) is an iconic, family-owned non-vintage Champagne celebrated for its exceptional finesse and floral freshness. Crafted in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ since 1818, it is a masterclass in blending, utilizing a high proportion of reserve wines to deliver consistent, layered complexity.

Tasting Note

An ethereal nose featuring crisp pear, white stone fruits, delicate florals, and subtle brioche or biscuit notes.  A precise, refreshing attack that leads into a rich, structured mouthfeel. Flavors of apple and citrus give way to a long, mineral, and persistent finish.

Serve chilled between 8°C and 10°C. It is incredibly versatile, working beautifully as an elegant aperitif or pairing seamlessly with seafood, poultry, and lightly spiced dishes.
