Whatever your occasion, Breda has plenty of options to satisfy even the most challenging guest!

Minimum order of 10 portions of each item.

Buffet

Full honey glazed ham 2kg serves 12-16

Sirloin of Bowland beef with rosemary, garlic & English mustard

Ballotine of chicken in parma ham, stuffed with mozarella & tomato

Ballotine of Scottish salmon with lemon mayonnaise

Quiches

If required fresh on the day, quiches can only be collected after 2pm.  Alternatively, they can be prepared the day before for an earlier collection.  Please advise if you would like them sliced or left whole.  Quiches typically serve 12 people.
