When it came to selecting the wines to stock in Breda’s Pantry, it was important that we chose wines that were specifically paired to the restaurant quality food we were producing. Fortunately, we work with a great wine supplier and between us we chose a small selection of reds, whites and sparkling; all of which go great with Breda’s food.
