In 2006 Breda’s dream became a reality with the opening of her own restaurant, formed from a lifetime of experience and a highly successful catering business. Nestled in the historic village of Whalley, in the stunning Ribble Valley, the restaurant has been an opportunity for Breda to present her own signature cuisine and make her mark.
From the very start the restaurant featured in the Michelin Food Guide, The Good Food Guide, Hardens and a string of articles were written in The Times, The Sunday Telegraph, Sainsbury’s and Olive Magazines, and achieved a No 1 rating on Trip Advisor. Fast forward to 2020 and LUXLife magazine voted Breda Murphy, ‘The best contemporary British Restaurant in the UK’.
Of course the Coronavirus pandemic has brought spells of closure this past year, but the story will continue shortly, and in the meantime the restaurant can now come to your home instead!
The legacy continues.
