Billecart-Salmon is an iconic, family-owned non-vintage Champagne celebrated for its exceptional finesse and floral freshness. Crafted in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ since 1818, it is a masterclass in blending, utilizing a high proportion of reserve wines to deliver consistent, layered complexity.  A delicate salmon-pink hue with warm, golden glints and a steady, fine effervescence.

Tasting Note

A precise, aromatic bouquet dominated by fresh red berries (wild strawberry and raspberry) layered with subtle citrus zest and delicate white floral notes.  Creamy and smooth with great finesse. It opens with crisp red fruit flavors and evolves into a concentrated, harmonious mid-palate with hints of stone fruit and fine minerality.  Clean, elegant, and persistent, with a crisp, refreshing raspberry note.

Exceptional as an aperitif, but also beautifully complements delicate dishes like wild salmon, sushi, or light red fruit desserts.  Best served chilled at 8–10 °C.
