250gm Butter

75g Cocoa powder

400gm Caster sugar

150ml Sour cream

2 large eggs

275gm Plain flour

2.5 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda

Line your baking tins and split the mix equally into the tins and in a pre-heated oven cook at 160c for 30-35 minutes (some ovens may vary so test centre of the loaves with a wooden skewer and if skewer is still damp then bake for another 5-10 minutes until dry) then remove from the oven and allow to cool.

150gm icing sugar

2 teaspoon corn flour

125ml whipping cream
