EXPERIENCED BAKER/PASTRY CHEF
Approx 20 hours per week. £25k pro rata + tips
7am till 12 noon Wednesday to Saturday
An exciting opportunity to work as part of a small team on the pastry section for preparation and cooking of restaurant dishes. Show interest in participating in menu planning for dessert items, for the restaurant and Pantry. Your responsibilities will include preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, cakes and special request items.
Approx 20 hours per week
Wed 9am – 3pm, Thurs 9am-5pm & Fri 10am till 3pm
An important role maintaining supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots etc for the restaurant/kitchen. Completes work projects as assigned by chefs/manager. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurised environment. Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to.
FRONT OF HOUSE PERSON
Approx 20 hours per week. Fri, Sat & Sun
Greets customers and offers restaurant menus, answers questions about menu offerings, processes food and drink orders, carries food and drinks to tables, and prepares bills and process payments and other such duties.
